MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

The following terms and conditions apply to Healthcare Provider Marketing's money-back guarantee.

1.  The Provider must sign a one-year exclusive Crypto Level marketing agreement with Healthcare Provider Marketing.  

2.  The Provider must participate with Healthcare Provider Marketing in establishing a customized marketing plan specific for the Provider's practice.

3.  The Provider must implement the systems and strategies recommended by Healthcare Provider Marketing which are necessary for carrying out the customized marketing plan.

4.  The date the customized plan is implemented will be the reference date for the one-year exclusive agreement.

5.  Healthcare Provider Marketing will collect data regarding the performance of the customized marketing plan. The collected data will include various key performance indicators. 

6.  This data will be shared with the Provider quarterly.

7.  If, at the end of the one-year agreement period, there has not been an increase in the number of patients seen and/or an increase in gross revenue of the Provider's practice, the money spent by the Provider for the marketing services of Healthcare Provider Marketing will be fully refunded.

8.  If, during the one-year agreement period, the Provider fails to fulfill the agreed upon marketing strategies or fails to continue implementing the customized marketing plan, this money-back guarantee will no longer apply to the agreement. 

9.  This guarantee only applies to our Crypto Level, full-service Patient Attraction and Marketing (PARM) System level of service.
